Designed and deployed the foundational 2013 flagship website overhaul, modernizing a fragmented user experience and establishing the resort's first true visual digital footprint.

❋ The Sheep Ranch

Built the documentary microsite for the Sheep Ranch course launch. By capturing logo creation and real-time construction updates, it generated massive demand, turning the logo into the property's second-best seller. I was also on the logo design team.

❋ System Scaling

Wrote the comprehensive 2021 RFP for the current website ecosystem, directing advanced call-center integration and conversion models that pushed bookings past a historic two-year backlog into a lottery system.

❋ E-Commerce Overhaul

Restructured legacy online retail storefront by shooting premium product photography and optimizing merchandise layouts with the retail team, online sales surged by over 230% annually, creating a high-yielding digital revenue engine.

Capturing the raw, rugged atmosphere of the Southern Oregon Coast meant owning the end-to-end multimedia production lifecycle. From initial creative direction and scriptwriting to on-site cinematography and post-production workflows, I led the creation of short-form and long-form narrative visual assets. These content campaigns effectively translated the resort's physical scale into high-impact digital media, earning multiple national Davey Awards for video excellence.

The Stewardship
  • Enforcing Mike Keiser’s original 1999 vision of rugged coastline, walking-only, true Scottish links golf. Every image, video asset, and content piece had to pass the ultimate brand test: highlighting sandy, rugged terrain, timeless golf architecture, and a deep reverence for the raw, windy Oregon coast.

  • Collaborating intimately with the resort's retail buying teams to curate, style, and optimize physical apparel lines for the digital storefront, directly scaling the online shop's yearly commercial yield.

  • Pitching, coordinating, and securing high-profile imagery and feature placements in major national golf publications, including securing visual features in Golf Magazine.

  • Managing and aligning outside creative agencies, specialized photographers, and videographers to ensure all third-party content strictly adhered to the rugged, authentic spirit of the brand.

  • Providing ongoing high-level strategy regarding phone-based reservation conversion tactics, media buy distributions, and long-term ecosystem governance across nearly a decade of continuous partnership.
